The program is based on more than 20 years of experience and on Rick Lepsinger and Gary Yukl’s groundbreaking work documented in their book, Flexible Leadership: Creating Value by Balancing Multiple Challenges and Choices.

Its centerpiece is a powerful computer-based simulation that makes learning challenging and fun, and facilitates the transfer of key skills back to the job.

We help your leaders see the link between their behavior and the work unit’s financial and non-financial performance. They learn how to deal effectively with complex challenges and evolving situations that, on the surface, appear to be mutually exclusive. These include:

  • Reducing costs while growing the business
  • Dealing with competing demands from employees, customers, and shareholders
