Rick is a managing partner at OnPoint Consulting and has a twenty-five year track record of success as a human resource consultant and executive. The focus of Rick’s work has been on helping organizations close the gap between strategy and execution, work effectively in a matrix organization and lead and collaborate in a virtual environment.
He has served as a consultant to leaders and management teams at AIG, AmeriGas, Amway, Autodesk, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Coca-Cola Company, Eisai Inc., GlaxoSmithKline, Goldman Sachs, Hartford Steamboiler, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Medidata, Merck & Co., Mphasis, PepBoys, Pfizer Inc., Pitney Bowes, PPL, Prudential, and Siemens Medical Systems among others.
Rick has extensive experience in formulating and implementing strategic plans, managing change, and talent management. He has addressed executive conferences and made presentations to leadership teams on the topics of leader effectiveness, strategy execution, managing change, performance management, 360º feedback and its uses, and developing and using competency models to enhance organizational performance.

Darleen DeRosa, Ph.D. is a managing partner at OnPoint Consulting. Darleen brings fifteen years of management consulting experience, with deep expertise in the areas of talent management, executive assessment, virtual teams, and organizational assessment. Darleen leads assessment solutions to help organizations such as Accenture, AmeriGas, Boehringer Ingelheim, Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., Deloitte, GlaxoSmithKline and Merck facilitate selection, succession management, and leadership development initiatives. In particular, she designs and implements large-scale assessment projects, helps identify and develop high potential leaders, and conducts assessments of executives.
Prior to joining OnPoint Consulting, Darleen was an Executive Director in the Assessment practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Darleen conducted assessments of senior executives across industries and worked closely with CEOs and Boards to leverage these results. Before that, Darleen served as Assessment Practice Leader for Right Management Consultants, where she was responsible for the growth of the assessment practice for the Northeast Region. Prior to her tenure at Right Management, Darleen was a Clinical Researcher at the Yale University School of Medicine, where she conducted assessments and managed clinical research studies. She began her career at Southern New England Telecommunications Company (now AT&T) in Human Resources where she focused on selection.
Darleen received her B.A. in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Social/Organizational psychology from Temple University. Darleen is a member of The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), METRO, and other professional organizations. Darleen is the author of Virtual Success: A Practical Guide For Working and Leading From a Distance (co-authored with Rick Lepsinger). She has also published book chapters and articles in journals such as Human Resource Management.
Meghan Powell is a Project Associate with OnPoint Consulting where she manages client projects, produces deliverables, coordinates OnPoint’s online assessments, conducts research, and supports marketing activities. Meghan works with clients such as Amway, Autodesk, Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Eisai Inc., GlaxoSmithKline, Honeywell, Mphasis, the NYSE Euronext, PPL, EDMC, and Daiichi Sankyo, Inc.
Prior to joining OnPoint, Meghan worked in project management and client support roles for several organizations. Prior to that, she worked in Cardiac Rehabilitation for The Hospital of Saint Raphael as a program coordinator where she consulted with clients to optimize their recovery process.
Meghan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Southern Connecticut State University.
